2/7/2016 for our risk free 14 day trial period. Please note that we also allow time for shipping and receipt. All customers are required to check a box prior to order submission indicating that they have read, understand and agree to the Terms and Conditions of the trial offer. Our terms do state that if the customer wishes to discontinue with Testostaxx that they contact us either via email or phone to cancel within their trial period. We did receive a cancellation email request on 2/8/2016, which was within the allotted timeframe for the trial. It does appear as though there was an error with the processing of this cancellation request, and we do apologize for this oversight. Consequently, [redacted] was charged for completing the trial period as stated in our terms and conditions. We apologize for this oversight, and have immediately issued a refund of $157.24 to [redacted]’s account for the two most recent charges. This refund should appear within the next 3-5 business days.
