Hi, the past weeks I have been study for cpce/nce(Mental Health counseling exam)I purchased your test.comI thought I was going to learn a lot which I did however at the time of the test is this obvious that everything that I had studied from your program was not on my test nothing similar nothing alike nothing nothing nothing so with that said that's why I'm writing this I would have been satisfied if I would have seen at least some of the stuff that I study from your program but I was not able to see any other questions or any wording or anything that has to do with the material that I study unfortunately I don't recommend this to anybody so don't waste your money thanks and good luck to those who choose to purchase this onethis program testComp is not recommended to my standards

Tests.com processed a refund for this customer on 8/23/ A copy of the receipt of the refund is attached, which is from Tests.com's credit card processing center and shows the refund and settlement time and date After a refund is processed and settled through the ACH (automated
clearing house), it is up to the customer's credit card company to reflect the refund in the customer's credit card accountIt can take up to days or the next billing cycle of the customer's credit card account for a refund to be reflected in his or her credit card statementThe customer's credit card company would have more information on when the refund will be reflected in the customer's credit card account

**. [redacted] purchased our practice test on May 1st and started using the system.  She took a number of practice tests.  On May 4th, **. [redacted] requested a new password using our Lost Password function and our system emailed her a new password .  For some reason, our email with...

the new password went to her spam folder or was blocked entirely by her email settings.  On May 6th, **. [redacted] sent us an email that she did not receive the password. We personally monitor our customer service email daily and respond to such inquiries but for some reason we inadvertently overlooked her email.  This may have been due to our hiring a new customer service person who started monitoring our customer service email in May.  We personally emailed **. [redacted] a new password on May 14th and called her and spoke with her on the phone to make sure she was able to obtain access to her account .   We refunded **. [redacted] and provide our product and services to her for free.This is the first complaint we have received in the past two years, since becoming a member of the Revdex.com.  We strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with our products and services and our A rating from the Revdex.com is very important to us.  We promptly responded to this complaint as soon as we received it and made sure **. [redacted] received help.  We believe she is now satisfied with our services.  We respectfully request that this complaint not be reflected on our public record and that it not affect our A rating.

Review: I bought an mBLEX program from this company since May 1. I've been having issues to log in into the account. I emailed them and I followed everything they said and is not working. I've been trying to reset the password, but they haven't sent it to me. In short, they haven't been able to provide me with a new password to reset my account. Also, this company doesn't have a phone number to contact them. It's only by email. I'm running out of time to study for this test and I've been wasting all this time. I really appreciate your help in this matter. The confirmation code they sent me when I bought the program was [redacted].

I purchased this website to help me study for the Mblex. I too felt like I was prepared to take the test and that I learned a lot but when I took my test there was absolutely nothing similar to what I had been studying on the test. I understand that this website is not meant to "mirror" the Mblex HOWEVER I would at least expect for this website to be beneficial for me in some aspect. I would never recommend this site to anyone.
