Friendly thieves
No hidden fees my rear! We drove 4 hours. I got dropped off so my sister could get back home after I decided to buy the vehicle. Would have walked out if not for the fact that I really wanted the vehicle and was stranded in NJ. Lied to me about warranty. Said it was direct through Chrysler. Showed me a pamphlet w Chrysler on it. After lookinhg closer at it I noticed FCA US LLC. Google it. Worst reviews ever. Thank god I figured that out before buying. $320 clerical, $99 computer fee (whatever that is) , $80 delivery fee. Hello I drove 4 hours.! $169 etching fee "optional" - not optional. Oh but if my car gets stolen and sold for parts they can track the part to me. Woop woop. Very unhappy w the lies.

Review: I purchased a 2007 Jeep Commander on 5/31/2014,paid cash over $13,000.First got paperwork saying the mileage was 77000 and the actual reading was 77,809,and that was stated on car fax report,I brought it to the attention of the fiance manager and was told don't worry.The service area was closed on the day I purchased the truck,took it ack on Monday to do the delivery prep,it had a few issues and needed the truck to stay,it needed wheel sensors,3 tires,front brakes,they also did an oil change.Within that month I took it back and stated there was shaking at idle,a burning smell and it felt as though it was dragging,they said they didnt find anything to what I had stated.On 6/26 had to have it towed back for a no start,it was the battery terminals,fixed that issue.On 2/23/15 I had to have the truck towed to a shop because it broke down,it would not move when it was hot and there was noise in the rear differential,it was determined that the transmission and the rear differential was bad,when they opened the rear differential it was empty and the cap was missing.I had the trans replaces at a cost of $4559.75,they put fluid in the differential and it poured out there was a leak,they replaced the bearings trying to save me money at the cost of $792.40, still hve the noise needs the ring and pinion,going to cost an additional $494.75 parts and $445.00 labor. I wrote and called this dealer and told them all the issues and they are blaming everyone else,I only had one oil change done after purchasing the truck,the service manager stated that if the rear differential was bad it wouldve went in two weeks,I didn't know that he could predict when it would happen ,I worked at a service / parts center for over ten years.It was brought to their attetion within a month that there was a burning smell and dragging issue,nothing was done, I only put 4,987 miles on the truck since I bought it.I was suppose to get a call back and that was over three weeks ago and no more response.Desired Settlement: I am looking for a refund for the repairs I made and money for the additional repairs the truck needs.I paid over $13,000 for the truck and paid $5352.35 in repairs for the trans and the differential,also need attional $939.75 to complete the repair. I feel the service area dropped the ball and failed to completely check the complete truck.There was less then 5,000 miles that I put on this truck. I am on SSDI and bought the truck not expecting to have so many issues,after they supposedly checked it out completely.I have pictures of the parts rear differential,the part was so chewed up and pieces were broken in the bottom. Please Refund My Money For The Repairs I Made And Need To Complete It $6292.10 I will be also writting to the NJ Attorney General in this matter.It is not fair that I have to pay for these issues and I brought it to the atttetion of the service area.I put less then 5000 miles on the truck and only had it nine months and am having alot of issues already

Review: I purchased a certified used Jeep Wrangler on February 25, 2015. There were a few issues with the vehicle that I purchased, and my salesman assured me that these issues would be taken care since this is a certified pre-owned vehicle. Noone has contacted me for repairs after the numerous emails to the salesman, an employee in the office, and an email to the Manager of the dealership. Please see issues below:

1. My car has 47,800 miles on it. The sticker on the window says my next oil change is not until 50,050. However, every morning I start the car, "change oil" flashes across the screen. It appears no one actually did maintenance to the vehicle.

2. My brakes are lightly squeaking already. I fear that I will soon have to invest in new brakes. This should not be the case because maintenance should have been pulled on the car.

3. I am missing the second key to the car. I was promised a phone call in order for a second key to be made since this is a certified pre-owned vehicle.

4. The paint on top of the truck is chipping off and damaged. I see it on the sides at the top of the vehicle.

5. There are still cigarette burns on my seats. I was given a "We owe you" and was told I would be contacted, but was not.

6. There is a crack in my windshield,. The salesman assured me this would be taken care of.

7. Water is leaking through the roof of the car when I go to the car wash.

8. My rear view mirror was never changed as promised.

9. My back light over the license plate is burned out

10. I was told my plates would be transferred, however, I received new plates. I believe I was overcharged

11. The certified pre-owned inspection and paperwork was never provided

12. I had to contact the dealership 2 days prior to my temp plates expiring to find out my registration and plates (the were supposed to be transferred) were thereDesired Settlement: I am looking to receive the certified preowned paperwork and have all items above repaired and replace. I would also require a temporary vehicle while repairs are done. I am also looking for compensation for neglect and the inconvenience this situation has caused.

Review: I purchased a car from dealer on August 16, car was said to be "certified pre-owned". Car has been in and out of the repair shop four times. The dealership continues to tell me that they have the certification papers, but they have yet to present the papers to me. I got in contact with the corporate office who informed me that the car was not certified. He explained that everytime the dealership puts a car back on the lot, it needs to get re-certified, which it wasn't, but the dealer insists on telling me the car is certified, but has yet to present me with the paperwork. I am just asking them to give me a certified pre-owned car with the same features that I thought I had or my money back and it is such a hassle! They are stringing me along and it has been too long!Desired Settlement: I would really like my money back so that I could take my business elsewhere, so I won't have to continue to go through with headache, and being strung along! I am requesting the money I put down for the down payment along with the value of my trade-in!

Review: Brake recall was noted as being repaired in January of 2015 however I received the car in February and I experienced brake problems. All problems experienced were symptoms of recall yet the sales manager "SAM" refused to acknowledge my concerns. After I requested a substitution of collateral he led me to believe I was receiving it while running my credit report a second time without my permission , only to find out via the bank that I am financing through that he was not processing a substitution of collateral and applying for a new loan without my permissionDesired Settlement: Due to the nature of the recall which only occurs during snow/ice conditions ,this dealership should designate a service manager to ensure the car will be operating safely before Winter of 2015-16. I do not feel that anyone from the dealership has taken my concerns seriously and I do not feel comfortable driving this vehicle during snow/ice conditions. I was also disrespected by the sales manager and told "he is the only manager" that I am able to speak to when I expressed my dissatisfaction with the vehicle. This sales manager "Sam" also ran my credit report a second time without my consent. I was offered a "courtesy" rental and I ended up paying over $100 for it. This was a horrible sales experience and I deserve an apology amongst ensuring customer satisfaction.

I am rejecting this response because:initially I was told by the sales manager that nothing was done to fix the car because nothing is wrong with the car. However I was next told by another manager that the brake booster was replaced and I received incorrect information from the sales manager. Due to conflicting information I am not confident that I will not experience the same malfunction with the brakes during the snowy conditions of Winter 2015/2016.
