Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Unfortunatey Teton Honda has once again proven it is a dishonest businessI came in to speak with Jessie as soon as I was able to and I did come back with time to discuss the circumstancesThe business denies saying they sent the paperwork to the bank or telling me the deal was finalizedThey also claim on our last meeting that I said I had to go and claimed that I said I would be back for my money and I never returnedThese claims are falseThe last time I spoke with Jessie at Teton Honda in person he had actually ended the conversation by telling me to "have a good day" and he would see me again when I came to pick up the carI ended that conversation by telling him I did not own the vehicleI have a full recording of this last meeting that was between Jessie, my uncle, and myself to prove that their claims are falseI tried calling the business again times that day trying, again, to find out what bank my loan was through, on the first call Jessie told me he would call me back with the information once he "found my file"He never returned my callI tried more times that day to call and both times I was told by the receptionist that Jessie was busy and he would call me back when he couldI have never heard back from this businessIm afraid that because they decided to wait a month to respond to this complaint, they must have forgetten the truth on what actually happenedSincerely, [redacted]

We took the $100 partial down payment in good faith trusting Ms [redacted]'s word that she would come purchase the vehicle once she received her tax return to complete her down payment of $2500. We then took the vehicle off the market for sale and promised the vehicle to her at the time she brought in...

the remaining down payment. No contracts were turned into any banks at anytime, because we had not received the entire down payment, so there would be no reason for banks to come after her. Ms. [redacted] was never told by anyone that she could not have her $100 back, or threatened that the "deal" was finalized. Instead she was told of the circumstances by Jesse C[redacted] a sales manager of the hardship she put on us by never letting us know that she had no intention of buying the vehicle for over 10 days. That by not letting us know of her true intentions of not going through with the purchase that we were unable to sell the vehicle to other customers for those days. She continued to say that she had no time to stay at the dealership to work out an agreement to receive her $100 back. In further, Ms. [redacted] is welcome to come into the store and receive her $100 anytime. In fact when she was last in the store she said she would be back to collect the $100 and never returned.

I tried calling the business again 3 times that day trying, again, to find out what bank my loan was through, on the first call Jessie told me he would call me back with the information once he "found my file". He never returned my call. I tried 2 more times that day to call and both times I was told by the receptionist that Jessie was busy and he would call me back when he could. I have never heard back from this business. Im afraid that because they decided to wait a month to respond to this complaint, they must have forgetten the truth on what actually happened. Sincerely,
