For this reason, the facility took action and sent the patient to the nearby hospital for follow up and additional treatment.As far as the struggles in attempting to contact the facility for desired information and communication regarding the patient, we offer our sincerest apologies and do not dismiss this as acceptable practice. The facility has since contacted the customer and family of the patient and has rectified and settled all concerns and issues.
