Good afternoon, Our facility has reached an agreement with the complainant While the claim was processed correctly by the insurance, there was an issue with the complainant not receiving a call back in order to get their questions answered and resolved We confirmed our charges with the complainants ordering physician and the correct services were provided Due to our failure to return calls to the patient promptly we did agree to offer a discount on the amount owed and he accepted that on the condition he get it all in writing We are issuing a letter to him with an adjusted bill that will go out in the next days Please let me know if I can provide any further information Thank you Heidi H [redacted] Interim Revenue Cycle Manager Teton Valley Health Care 208-354- [redacted] @tvhcare.org
