Review: I have called and left at least a dozen calls to the owner of Tetzlaff Decorative Masonry Plus because he and his crew didn't take the necessary steps they said they would to create a long lasting concrete driveway. It cracked in 8 different places within the first year of pouring the cement. It was nearly impossible to get them to come out to see these cracks, but they finally did and said that it was too late in the year to fix, so we would have to wait until Spring 2014. I have called him about 6 times this year to schedule them to fix the cracks and the owner/company never calls back. I paid a lot of money for this driveway and I felt that it should at least hold up for a couple years, but it didn't. Corners were cut during installation and a promise to fix the parts of the driveway was broken. I was told it would be fixed back in Sept of 2013, but my calls weren't returned until end of October, which I was told was too late to do the work. I have not spoken to the company since October of 2013. I have called multiple times this year and not one call has been returned.Desired Settlement: I expect owner and his team/company to come back to my house and fix the areas where there are cracks, which had been promised last year.
