[redacted] walked away from a boat sale on July 21st, 2015. I told him that I would return his deposit. On July 26th, 2015 I wrote his check and mailed it as I told him I would. He claimed that he has not received the check but I see that he has...
cashed it. He refuses to communicate with me. I have made every effort to take care of this and feel that he is being unseasonable in his thoughts that he should have the check the next day. I have never not fulfilled any obligation to a client.
