My Name is *** *** I am responding to the complaint made by *** *** and *** ***As a business owner in the used car industry I find many flaws that can be prevented to better the industry. The vehicle that was purchased by Mr*** was a *** Aon March The
initial drive test was great but we felt a rough idle and the vehicle not performing to its best potentialMr*** and Tewksbury Auto Mall has worked together to fix this issueAfter weeks of Mr*** we both felt that the vehicle is still not performing at its paceWe had did some more tests and changed the timing belt to the vehicleCar has now felt much betterMr*** had then brought the car for a state inspection and passed all state regulationsAfter a few days we had had brought the car back because the check engine light came back on. I had now felt like this vehicle is not the right fit for Mr*** Tewksbury Auto Mall offered full deposit refund and take the car backTewksbury Auto Mall felt like this is the right decision moving forwardMr*** insisted he will not return vehicle and keep trying to solve issuesNote this is during the warranty period where the consumer has the right to return this vehicle because it has been in the shop for more than times, not for the same issues but different things would occurSeptember 29th 2016 at 4:42pm we had a call from *** his mother***. She had left a voice message stated they found some substance in the motorShe stated she called us times and no one respondedOur hours of operation is as follows 9am-7pm M-FI had responded to her message immediately and we had set a meeting to discuss the issueAs we met we were not getting anywhere as she kept being very obnoxiousNote we had this conversation without *** *** being there, he was not there to answer my questionsIf Mr*** had issues he has to be present. I tod *** that we cannot help you months after the warranty periodDuring the warranty period we had offered a complete buybackWe have sold cars since we opened in TewksburyWe had never had an issue with any of our customersIf this had been brought to our attention during the warranty period then yes we will go out of our way to help themThe final conclusion is Mr*** insist on keeping the vehicle kept the vehicleAn issue had occurred months later and basically wants us to be responsible for itIt is way past the warranty periodAnd we cannot help.Thank you

That is all totally falseMr*** has several derogatory reviews, I have attachments showing past reviews, that complained about similar dealings on *** and ***Also I attached findings and costly replacements that my CERTIFIED mechanic has shown

That is all totally false. Mr. [redacted] has several derogatory reviews,  I have attachments showing past reviews, that complained about similar dealings on [redacted] and [redacted]. Also I attached findings and costly replacements that my CERTIFIED mechanic has shown.
