My name is [redacted], president of Tex-Mex Curios. I remember receiving the call from Ms. [redacted]. I tried to apologize several times and explain that we made a mistake and over-charged her 02 cents. We charged her $13.00 instead of $12.98. I offered her the refund of 02 cents, thereafter offered...

her a free $13.00 candle. She was not satisfied and let me know she would report us to the Revdex.com.   I believe this is the first complaint we have received in over 70 years of serving the Corpus Christi community. We pride ourselves in offering excellent customer service and I’m sorry for this misunderstanding with Ms. [redacted]. One of the owners of the Tex-Mex Curios is an attorney and we comply with all local, state and federal laws.   We are human and make mistakes and will be happy to offer Ms. [redacted] a full refund check for her entire purchase, $48.13. I hope she will accept this offering as an act of good faith.   [redacted]
