I am rejecting this response because:As tenant, I have received no notice of change of management as aledged by Benchmark It is unfortunate that over the past days, they could have corrected these issues before a "stop order" supposedly came aboutWhile I would like to take Benchmark at their word, the history of their lack of action suggests otherwiseI will work through the courts as a breach of contract but Revdex.com should certainly include these complaints for future tenantsI have to wonder who I should make the next month's rental payment to???

Mr*** leased an individual bedroom at *** *** ** *** located at *** ** *** *** *** ** ***June 1, he arrived for his scheduled move in date and was treated with professionalism and courtesy as are all residentsUnfortunately upon being escorted to his new home Mr
*** became upset stating that the room was too smallThe room is the exact same size and layout as the model apartment which is a vacant bedroom bathroom cottageMr*** refused to move in and left the office upsetHe returned a short while later to "work things out" and we showed him an alternative at a sister community, *** *** ** *** ** *** *** *** *** ** *** As this was not the location he leased it had not been made ready for move in and required paint, housekeeping and carpet cleaningWe offered to make the room ready but explained that it would take business daysWe offered to allow Mr *** to move into the bedroom at *** *** ** *** while the *** Garden II room was made ready and then transfer to the *** Gardens roomMr *** said he would think about it and let us know what his decision was.He contacted our office by phone, e-mail and visited in person multiple times over the next weekHis behavior was extremely erratic and he changed his mind multiple times each dayBecause he repeatedly changed his mind the Community Manager, Beeta Rezazadeh, requested via e-mail that all communication be writtenWithin days of this request Mr *** began a campaign of harassment against all employee's of The CottagesLocating them on social media and contacting their personal phones, their friends and parents phonesMr*** visited an employee's parents home on separate occasions and another employee's personal residence on one occasionDuring each visit threats of bodily harm were made and the police have been involved

To Whom It May Concern:Benchmark understands the tenants frustration and is working to rectify the situation We have this unit on the list to make sure these issues are addressed this week Though no fault of the tenants, Benchmark got behind on work orders during August due to
unexpectedly losing our maintenance staff But, we are working to get caught up and address tenant issues.Thank you,*** ***

Unfortunately, Benchmark RES received a stop order for work related issues due to the owner of the property transferring the properties owned to a new management company. Any work to be completed has to be approved by the owner, unfortunately they will not approve any money to be spent at the current moment.
