On March 6th the consumer came in with a group of people to bowl and before they began she presented the coupon. When it was explained that the coupon was good for 3 free games with the purchase of 3 games at regular adult price like the coupon states, she wanted to use it for each person in her... group and I explained that it is only good for a total of 3 free games off the total amount of games bowled. She was under the assumption that the coupon was good for as many people as she wanted to use it for. The coupon is only good for a maximum of 3 free games off the total games bowled with a minimum of 6 games bowled to receive the 3 free games. At no point was there refusal to honor the coupon for 3 free games off of what they would have bowled.

The coupon did NOT state how many maximum people could bowl. It simply stated purchase 3 games get 3 games free. They made the mistake by printing the coupon without claiming specific number of people that could bowl. A consumer should not be the one to assume what the company meant by only allowing 1 person to bowl as a majority of people do not bowl alone. It was the company's negligence in printing a FALSE coupon, which is false advertising. This company made the mistake that is their problem not mine. As a consumer they should have honored the coupon.
