This is in response to ID #*** complaint filed by *** *

I am rejecting this response because:
The response is not accurate.  I was not informed  the agreed upon delivery date was an estimate.  They said that after I filed a complaint. They did not inform me of any potential overrun in timing when I ordered the appraisal, nor before it was due to be delivered.  I was not told the appraisal would be late.  In fact, the seller would not return multiple phone calls and email until I filed a complaint.  When I did not receive the appraisal, nor any return communication, I ordered another appraisal, rendering any partial work they performed useless. I informed them of that. I have received no partial refund as of June 10, and am requesting a full refund.
