We sent a response a few weeks back stating that we would come correct all the issues at no charge but we never received a response back to let us know that was agreed upon if you would like to please respond to the email agreeing to my term then we would gladly come out and fix any issues and we will wipe off the final balance , we want to make this right but need in writing that you will remove this off the Revdex.com

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me I am going to click on this issue as being resolved AGAIN If he had read my previous response, he'd know that I had accepted the following response from him, and had showed this Revdex.com complaint as resolved as I had agreed He gave us a specific day that he would be there, and to date hasn't been This will be my final statement on this issue, and we want NO further contact from Mr*** or his company We're done.His statement to me was as follows: "We will be over Friday to clean the hardware and do the touch upOnce this is done I would ask you to please remove the complaint and I will knock off the final balance owedI take full responsibility and will still stand behind my warranty along with the manufacturers and will personally guarantee you that I will come out and check it before he leaves to make sure all is satisfactory with you..."
