This will be my final factual with proving documentation response to Mr [redacted] LIABLE statements...Delivery of materials was week late on 6/29/due to one of distributors conveyor trucks broke downCrew showed up to start job approximately around p.mon 6/30/Crew called me an stated that Mr [redacted] told them to leave an come back another day to start after I have been in communication with Mr [redacted] for about weeks prior on status of jobWhich he was being very difficult at this time cause of materials not showing up in weeks but weeksAfter job was completed Mr [redacted] called complaining of nails everywhere I an my employee showed up to his house a magnetically swept yard againWe filled one solo cup full of screws an nails 95% of cup was wood deck screws that were rusted which was work we didn't performMr [redacted] then persisted on complaining on metal fascia metal area to be fixed which in our agreement an estimate there was no agreement to on repairing or replacing metal fascia although his insurance did pay for it an that was customers choiceMr [redacted] also had one box vent on entire house so I recommended to install more slant back vents to assist in longevity of roof an assisting in lower electric billHe then wanted more vents added cause he didn't like where others where positioned so I agreedThen he brought up metal fascia again an I stated you got paid for it but you made the choice of us not repairing or replacingHe then stated I have no integrity an we had some wordsMy employee completed all his request he asked since Mr [redacted] told me that he will call the police if I show up to his propertyAfter minor repairs made to satisfy customer he paid final balance stated he was happy an told my employee "you tell [redacted] this isn't over"So when first rain came we get a call his roof is leaking an there is drill hole in ceiling(we use manufacture specs of 1/4" nails which is impossible to penetrate through shingle,felt,1/2" decking an attic spaceHad crew there within a hour an they knocked on door for minutes minimum my employee was on phone with Mr [redacted] telling him that they are at the door please open an he kept making excuses of no common sense to not open doorWe have went above an beyond to assist customer an his difficulties prevent us to inspect a maybe but doubtful "LEAK".Closing: Mr [redacted] is has intentionally written statements attacking my reputation with intent to bring harmYou need to cease & desist from your current course of conductI have already consulted legal councilHe has been provided with proof of all documentation proving the intentional statements of fact of your allegations against me & Texan Roofing ProAny further conduct as described herein will be met with legal action Thank you Texan Roofing Pro

Mr*** from the first time we had the roofers scheduled to start his project when he told them to go home was been the only person holding his project and any attempt to complete any warranty repair workMr *** wanted to be present at every stage of his installation, any follow up visits to
fix anything originally missed and now warranty repair workWithin hour of Mr*** contacting us about his leaks we had a man crew taken off a current job and knocking on his front doorImmediately after I responded to him via text, I called himHis phone rang times and then I was forwarded to voice mail, forwarded a second time and then his phone would ring straight to voicemailThe roofers were in real time contact with the foreman who was in contact with meMr *** said he went out side when his phone did start working againThe roofers were in fact there and he would not answer the door or let them inHe said that the storm had knocked out his phones communication, he stated that was in his room with the door open and didn't hear anyone knocking and that maybe the roofers should knock with a purposeThe next story he provided was that his dogs didn't bark and then story after that was that his mother who is did not hear themThey guys were on the phone with the foreman while they were knockingMr *** has also verbally stated multiple times to employees of my company that the roofers did a good job and they work hard so other than his vent issues the quality of the job being poor is the first time I'm hearing this from the customerAside from borderline harassing us telling employees of my company over and over that he was naked in the shower so work couldn't be doneUpon the receipt of the final check from Mr*** he stated to my employee verbatim "you know chris this isn't over, this is not over between me and ***"Now the first opportunity he gets, he sends us super fuzzy pictures that almost looks edited with a lens flare trying to state that its leak damage, he also accused our roofers of putting drill holes in his roof, I find that hard to believe because they use 1/inch nails and do not have a drill with a drill bit long enough to go thru roofing materials, osb board, thru the length of the attic and thru sheet rock bellowhe tells us that his ac air is leaking thru those holes and we must fix themMr *** and I got into a verbal altercation at his property I will admit but it turned into this not because of any bad business practices but because of personal attacks he started dishing out and questioning my integrity on the way I operate my businessI could not go to his property to diagnose the issue because he threatened to call on me for trespassingOur roofing crew was there within an hour of his initial request and were denied accessMr *** also wrote some pretty negative things about us on FacebookWe have done nothing but go above and beyond with Mr *** when he has been bullying us into more vents, more repair work on things we didn't even touch, started attacking our character, changing his story each time we present him with facts on how he is holding back the process, out right lying and making slanderous statements against my company, borderline sexually harassing my employee and myself about how he is naked and couldn't answer the door for a meeting / start or work time we have had scheduled and now pulling this 100% disabled veteran and he hopes we don't take advantage of other people like thisWe have saved and copied and forwarded any information we have received from Mr*** to our attorney for further counsel in this matterI do operate my business with a certain level of integrity, do have a hard working skilled labor team and solid back office staffWe have catered to all MrPagans demandsUnfortunately after him stating that this is not over between him and I and now trying to make us out to be bullies I have no choice to seek legal counsel because he is the only party involved that has lied countless times, not let myself or my crew onto his property to fix his issues, bashed us on social media and now to the Revdex.com it is negatively affecting my referral based business that I've worked hard to build on

I am rejecting this response because the business is not acting in good faith by refusing to honor their contractural obligations by NOT fixing roof leaks that were created by their faulty installation of roof vents because, according to them, I am a difficult customer, I have been an obstacle to their repair efforts and because I hold a grudge against their company and am making up the story of the roof leak because I failed to produce evidence showing the leak existsThis denial of service is a breach of contract and is completely unacceptable! This business has made promises about their service and warranty claiming they would install the roof in 2-weeks and took weeksAfter the 4th weeks without updates on when they would install the roof, I began to contact them and they stated they didn't know when they could start the jobI was told it could take another 2-weeks before they would get to meUpon hearing the delayed installation date(s), I emailed *** requesting a sooner date and reminded him of his numerous promises that they would perform the job within 2-weeks*** did not like my expressions of discontent and began to send condescending emailsFrom that moment, the business transaction was poisoned with his negative attitude towards meThey installed the roof on 1-July and installed the vents incorrectlyWhen I tried to inform ***, he became disrespectful and attacked me verbally stating all I was doing was complaining and he would have to charge me extra to correct his mistakeIt took another days before they installed more ventsWhen it rained weeks later, water began to leak into my house ( in the middle of my living room where I NEVER had leaks When I contacted them, they allegedly sent roofers to my house WITHOUT notifying me that they were coming to repair the leakWithout my knowledge that they were dispatched, they allegedly knocked at my door and left because I did not answer my house door to let them insideThe leak originated from outside, but yet they claim they needed to enter the houseNow they maliciously claim I refused to allow them access to my house and will NOT return to fix the leakThe roofing contract says they offer a 3yr warranty, but they won't fix my roof because I'm a difficult customer and who questioned their integrityI don't have to question their integrity because they have demonstrated they don't honor their promises nor their contractGreat integrity, right?Texan Roofing Pro is conducting business without following established governmental guidelines and is a menace to consumers by making claims about their workmanship and industry standard compliance of service and commitmentI don't remember reading in their contract that they offered a 3yr warranty unless you're a "difficult" customer in which case we will ignore all your communicationsI now have a leak that I will have to get another roofer to fix because they won't honor the warrantyThis company is NOT consumer-friendly, is injurious to consumers and should not be allowed to take advantage of future customersTheir license should be revoked!
