unresolved matters and concerns with some items in his new home on September 6, 2014. I discussed some of these issues personally on September 6th and on Monday September 8th our customer service representative contacted Mr. [redacted] to address his concerns.
We are still reviewing the situation and hope to come to an amicable resolution with Mr. [redacted] within the 10 days to two weeks.
