I purchased a Cadillac XTin November from Sewell Cadillac I was told by the salesperson that the vehicle does not come equipped with a spare tire package, but that I could purchase a spare tire package/kit I initially pirchased a tire repair plan, but subsequently declined the plan in lieu of purchasing a spare tire kit because of safety concerns I have inquired with the salesperson (Miriam [redacted] ) on multiple occasions about the availability of the spare package, and she has advised each time that it is not in production I stopped by the dealership last week for a repair on the key fob, and asked the service assistant (Austin) about the spare tire package He took a photo of the VIN and advised that he would get back to me - he never did Had I been told in November that there would be no option for a spare tire package, I wouldn't have purchased the vehicle, since this poses a safety hazard for a single female who normally makes long distance trips alone
I brought my car in for service on Feb 24th, I had a problem with the A/C not blowing cold on the driver side vents, no other issue with my carI picked the car up on Feb 28th and was told a valve actuator was replacedWhile driving my car, I noticed that when putting the car in reverse it was shifting very hard to the point you could see the car moving, so I called the dealership to notify them and took the car back in for serviceMy car was there for several days then I was called and told it was fixedSo back to the dealership I goThis time no hard gear shifting, but I decided to drive it around the block before going homeThis there was another issue with the transmission shifting hard from first to second gear, I take it back the technician takes a raid with me so he could see what was happeningI left my car for service a third timeTwo days later I was told it’s fixedI pick the car up again and drive it over the weekend, I call *** back on that Monday to let him kn
Took my car car in to be servicedLeft it overnight, Picked it up the next day to find a broken headlight and no one knows anythingThen the manager tries to tell me it was like that when I brought it inIf the light was broken, they would have made a note on it before I leftI would have definitely noticed something the severely broken
Sewell Cadillac is the most amazing Cadillac dealership! I just truly cannot say enough wonderful things about themI have owned a Cadillac for the last yearsI don’t think I would get any other car for so many reasonsThe customer service is just outstandingEveryone is so helpful and attentiveMatt *** always goes above and beyond and he should be recognizedThe service department shinesEvery single employee is so dedicated to their job and they run like a well oiled machineThere is never any waiting around or wondering what is going onYou are always taken care of like a queen or kingThe communication is superbThe waiting area is always so tidy and niceThere is tv, drinks, snacks, whatever you wantThey make you feel so comfortableThe dealership is always sparkling clean, even the shopit’s insane!
People are always holding doors open for you, greeting you, making sure you are taken care of, getting stuff out of your car and transferring to the complimentary loaner they provide, which is always so niceThank you Sewell for taking care of me and my family and of course my beautiful Cadillac Escalade We love y’all and appreciate you ??
