I am rejecting this response because:I did not speak to this *** person! I spoke to *** and another woman who said it would be refundedI kept trying to explain to her why I had not spoken to themI am just receiving text and emails because the phone crashed with me losing everything at my father's funeral In the last few months I have been handling mine and parents' home in LouisianaI just recently went in to at&t and they rebooted everythingThat' when I saw tge recent email and reached out to the office Got an email back and when I got free time I called the officeThat's' when she and and I had a conversation that was her with accusations that I purposely ignored calls.I finally asked if the company was refunding the 192, *** corrected, but she got uglier and I hung up I really don't like handling business like this and have never done this before but I don't want anyone else to be put in this situation Yes I got the contract and after having to purchase another unit I expected the request to refund to be honored the first timeThat amount of money is not chump change to meI can use that to help with mother's care.

I am rejecting this response because:It's not possible that a photograph of a pilot light assembly or a SIT valve demonstrates if it works or not. Their internal parts and/or reaction to heat are what make them work. My pilot light worked without fail before your tech visited. The tech claimed he couldn't get that to work and that parts. Red flags. Tech suggested both Pilot Light assembly and SIT valve were bad and needed to be replaced at a ridiculous replacement fee, even though Pilot light had no previous issues. Also suggested that one part was a special order and may not be available in the near future. I checked and my fireplace assembly has been in production for at least the last years with Lennox, so not a special order and not at risk of being discontinued. Both existing products work, as was proven by the 2nd contractor that visited. Their entire repair charge was less than your "visit" fee.You can pretend that you are doing a service to your customers, but $to fix something that needs $to $of labor is bad business. The 2nd contractor was shocked at the ineptitude of the first contractor

Our repeated attempts to reach Ms***, using all of the contact information she provided us, had gone unanswered until she emailed us on June 25, and called on June 29, - a year after the original service.On the original service Ms***' air conditioner wasn't working and she
agreed to and received a $Service Call with Diagnostics.Ms*** elected to join our scheduled maintenance plan and paid $to join, not $as stated in the complaint.? Ms*** has been treated with the utmost respect during the few personal contacts that we've had with herNo one has been rude nor belligerent.Ms*** should re-evaluate her complaint; then, upon re-submission, we'll reconsider her request for a refund.Sincerely,*** ***? ? ?
