For the past two years they have managed our pools and fountainsPools: Lifeguard are often late or don't show up for work None of the life guards have any experience, because the TAE has a really bad turnover rate due to pay rates Pools are constantly dirty Life guards have complained to me personally, that they don't know how to use the equipment because they are too young, or were never properly trained Best example of this is: Our community spent around $8,on a new slide, for the first month majority of the Life Guards didn't know how to turn the water on Last year at the beginning of the summer, our large pool, had to be purged of water entirely because of chemical imbalanceI approached a supervisor about absenteeism He asked me if I would be happy if management would make sure to check in and see if the pools are open at the time they are suppose to Meaning they didn't do this as a standard operating procedureLife guard sit in their guard room watching video's and listen to offensive music when no one is around And then insist they have to clean when people are in the poolThe life guards and management also seem to have a attitude problem Most unprofessional organization I have ever had to deal withForget he pool, I wouldn't let them manage my swamp, they would find a way to mismanage that as well Not only would I not refer this organization I would convince people who have them as service providers that they should end the contract

I can say nothing good about this company. The have mis-managed our pool for two years. I agree 100% with M. [redacted]'s comment. I know we don't live in the same neighborhood as we do not have fountains.
Lifeguards are often late and lack any skills to operate the equipment. They say they have asked their boss to look into issues but they never get any help. The lifeguards can't even skim the pool as they don't have a skimmer that TAE is supposed to provide. When the lifeguards are there they sit in the pool office and watching videos and listening to music. When people come to swim the close the pool to clean, for a thunder break, because the lawn guys are there, etc etc.
We had to drain our pool completely last year as they let the water get so out of balance. This year they drained it accidently by trying to lower the water level in anticipation of a tropical storm. Problem is they forgot to turn the valve back to filter before they left. Both times the pool had to be closed for over a week to get the water restored and filtered
