By far the most unprofessional business I've ever dealt withConsistently over promise and under deliverCannot do a quality paint job for agreed to payment and timeframes Owner (Eric) consistently puts his staff in the middle of his poor decisions

First of all this person is a man in the military and does not even honor that he is committing insurance fraud by filing claims and not repairing what he needs to repair he came to me with two different claims we took one of them on which is a hail damage claim and he had another claim that they were trying to pin on us to pay for repairs that he cashed out on and did not fix and out of estimate I gave him money back $I told him yes we would work with him to a certain extent but then when he sat down and started making trouble we ended up losing jobs because of him right now I have lost two jobs the come out to $9,he was complaining about paying his deductible and did not want to pay he's even wasted the police's Time by calling them twice when we told him you would let him know when his vehicle was done we yesterday but we needed to go over it to make sure it's done right and all he was doing was coming in and harassing us with the police we put his vehicle in front of other customers that had been there before him and treated him as a priority but all he wanted to do was complain

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Regards, [redacted] Am calling for investigation of this shop because I talked to bodyshops around him and everyone blamed me for having took my car there and on top of that I found other people having the same troubles I was having with the shop probably they just don't know what to do but you might have had more complaints or they will be coming in soon, me when I talked to police and I showed them his messages they told me to file on Revdex.com that's why I did it but there is so many people out there he has already done fraud even when I I took my rental back the office told me the samething that this shop has the worst ranting never to do business or recommend anyone there that's the all reason am calling for full investigation and when I got my car back a lot had not been taken care of and I have already sued him to finish my repairs tooI have all witnesses about him even when he started threatening me because he was on speaker phone and everyone in my office heard and also the police read all the messages he sent me from the date he told me to drop the car

I have a Ram they was repair over months agoThe vehicle was in the shop over a month and one weeks for paint and front passenger side bumper repair The job on my truck was not complete once I received my vehicle The shop stated that they did not have enough time with my truck and now there overwhelmed with other vehicles to get my truck back into the shop for repairA week later I contact the owner of the shop (Eric A***) to let him know that I will be heading out of town for a week and a halfHe stated that, that would be over a enough time to get by vehicle finish and back to meIwent out oftown for a week and a half with the owner of the shop who stated to me that he would have my vehicle ready when I come byTo only have my vehicle not to be touched at all

*** *** ***i have everything from day one when this gentleman told me that he was going to waive my deductibles and he even told me was going to change me only dollars but immediately I gave him the checks he changed his mind and he even started threatening my lifeRight now I have already filed an initial complaint with San Antonio police and they are tracking what's going on, I also requested investigation into his business because I have all the messages he sent me regarding the time and dates to pick up my car to my surprise for the last days he didn't even finish a days repair workAm calling for full investigation from Revdex.com about this business because he and his bodyshop is the worst in areaIt should just be put off market

I am rejecting this response because: I verbally expressed my concerns to the owner and the painter or employee that was there when I returned my car because they had not properly adhered the bumper correctly
I specifically told *** myself my mother present that the paint was off the very first time I went by when they said the car was readyThat very same daythe car was not donethe bumper was not completely donethe trunk was not shutting correctly and all kinds of issues were wrong with the carafter taking the car back the second time I was already fed up with their service and wasn't content in leaving the car in their care any longer
He verbally guarantee his work and said it would be done in a few daysHe had me sign in front of him permission to work on my car that stated he guarantee his workIt took them weeks to get it fixed
They received their money from the insurance company and were very well compensatedI no longer trust them with my car, I am still having problems with it popping out because they did not secure the under-carriage securely like it had been
I worked too darn hard to get this car all on my own and to have this individual who said that he was well qualified and proud of his work was very disappointing and heart broken to see that it wasn't true. It is very obvious that the employees working on my car are incompetent
I just want compensation for the bumper so I can pay someone to secure it correctlyThe paint I will have to deal with until I save enough money to get it redone professionally

I am rejecting this response because: they told me the truck would be ready on 6/6/painted and ready for the $I paid themThey were sloppy on the paint job because
they didn't paint on the line that I told them to paint onThey left out that I would have a logo for a button to open the door and that didn't happenThey promised too much and couldn't meet the deadline and they still want money for something that was agreed upon months agoThe work is still not done and was promised another deadline saying that I would have it on Friday the 6/19/saying they will have it done now on 6/20/I don't know if I will ever receive my truck on time with the work done rightI need my truck now! They want me to pay for work that has already been paid for.

I have a Ram 1500 they was repair over 2 months ago. The vehicle was in the shop over a month and one weeks for paint and front passenger side bumper repair. we have resolved the issue with the customer and are now working togather on working on his truck

I have everything from day one when this gentleman told me that he was going to waive my deductibles and he even told me was going to change me only 4000 dollars but immediately I gave him the checks he changed his mind and he even started threatening my life. Right now I have already filed an initial complaint with San Antonio police and they are tracking what's going on, I also requested investigation into his business because I have all the messages he sent me regarding the time and dates to pick up my car to my surprise for the last 45 days he didn't even finish a 10 days repair work. Am calling for full investigation from Revdex.com about this business because he and his bodyshop is the worst in area. It should just be put off market

He can reject it all he wants the matter is he is upset because he cannot pocket more money from the insurance company he can sit here and clean and do all that he wants but the matter of the fact is he committed insurance fraud not me we did work he didn't want to pay end of story the insurance company is the one who paid for it not him he was not out of pocket anything as a matter of fact he made money on this deal regardless of the situation because he got one insurance check that he got to keep for work that was not done and then he got $900 back from me I have it all on video when he came in and he got the money we have it recorded on surveillance and if you wants to keep going we'll give that surveillance over to the insurance company so they can see exactly what's going on and they have recordings of the whole conversation between me and him we have video cameras that show everything
