We sell used auto parts and this scam of a company tried to rip us off by sending a check for $along with their own shipping label for us to ship out a rear endThe check bounced, and then they said they would send a money order which never cameThe customer who bought the part from them had gotten a quote from us prior to buying from them, but decided to buy from them because it was a little cheaperThis company then charge him almost $500, but couldn't provide him with the merchandise he purchased, and they kept him waiting about two months for his partFinally he told them to make it right and order the part from us, and that is how they ended up trying to buy it from us, with their bad checkThe customer ended up having to buy it directly from us, and then dispute the charges with the bank to hopefully get a refundThe lesson here is do not buy from these people, and certainly do not sell to these people

Thank you for the letter outlining the complaint by Mrs [redacted] This was definitely a complicated order and several conversations were needed to resolve this matterI'm sure the customer is well aware of the complications with this orderAlthough the locator request did specify the gear ratio and other factors, the parts suppliers occasionally will past parts with incorrect Information and force us to go to another supplierIn the used parts business, it can be difficult to get all of the information on the partsAlthough it would seem like a simple task to acquire a part with all the Information in hand, we are dealing with a year old vehicle, that was produced in the thousands with many variationsAdditionally, I would have you know that this is a very large and heavy part that Is difficult to ship, which further complicated the situationI would like It to be known that there were communication Issues on the customer's part as wellBoth [redacted] and her husband [redacted] would call at separate times with seemingly different informationWe do feel for our customer and only want the best for themWe were more than willing to issue a refund very promptly In the beginning, but the client insisted that they wanted the partI would even ask you to consider that If this Issue was so Irreprehensibie that they were willing to file a complaint with the Revdex.com, why did they continue to work with us on this partNonetheless, we feel that we have the issue resolved at this timePRO numb r:( [redacted] ) and have Informed us that the customer contacted them to confirm shipping as wellCurrently the UPS tracker is showing that the part Is schedule for delivery by end of day on Wednesday, February 24th.Thank you considering our position in the situation, Our goal is to supply proper parts in a timely manner, for the best possible priceWith hundreds of orders and thousands of requests each month we understand that there are circumstances beyond our control, and occasionally that we createBut we have every intention of handling each and every customer to the best of our ability and to correct any problems as quickly as possible

They are CROOKSThey also use the name Texas Family Ventures IncThey purchased a part from us and sent a check, we waited two weeks for check to clear and figured we gave it enough time and the check bounced now they have an item from us that they have not paid for and wont give us the money owed
