On Monday May 14, 2018,
I called to Texas Auto Repair and Transmission,and spoke to a gentleman name *** I don't know his last name, and told him about the issue on my vehicle
Chevrolet Impala, transmission failure, Then he told me that they specialize in that type of car and that they had worked on several classic cars, and also explained himself in detail about the transmission in my car and that they were not gonna be any issues in fixing it, So I agreed to have my car tow to the shop the next day, Tuesday May 15, And on the same Tuesday they had already taken the transmission fluid pan off, and was told the transmission was falling apart and it needed some rebuilding
Well the next day I went to the shop and was explained of the issue and the cost for rebuilding it and the warranty plus the installation of the exhaust system and the running of the engine which was 1250$ with no tax included and was told that it was going to be ready the same weekend which it would b

Hello firstly I have been dealing with this company well over monthsI requested their service about my Infiniti fx-engine swapI waited days for them to find a tow truck to recover the carMy engine was shipped and sitting in the shop for days before they removed the original engineI am making this complaint because this is the first time I had to deal with a company with a large purchaseScott is the owner and I have been forced to deal with him because I’m from Chicago and my truck broke down close to his shop He originally was scaring me off with high upsale prices on partsI brought my own engine for all I need is LABOR! My truck has been at this shop almost month waiting on motor mounts I brought myself! Now I’m still waiting for the install with no contact and he still wants me to buy oil and coolant with the rick if possible upsale!
