Hello, Let us first apologize for any inconvenience Unfortunately when we receive the information on a credit application your credit will be pulled We cannot pull a credit report unless you gave us this infoThis should not effect your score unless you are submitting applications to multiple dealerships and you do not ultimately secure a loan However, I will contact the credit provider and try to remove the inquiry We may need you to sign a form but its a fairly easy process to do so and you can even contact them yourself In regards to the deposit, do we owe you a refund? You did not mention that is what you would like to resolve this matter but I wanted to make sure We are not in the business of taking deposits, we are in the business of selling cars so I will be sure that is refunded if it needs to be Thank you

Hello, Let me first apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused you We cancelled this service with [redacted] program a long time ago and they continued to sell them You have to realize its not a good business decision for us to give away hundreds of dollars of free services to another companies customers from which we do not receive a penny There are two other shops on this program as well and they never honored these However, you are still our customer as well and we want to you to be happy I will refund you the $even though we never received a penny from *** This I simply a gesture of good faith in an attempt to earn your business in the future Our service department is still here to maintain you and your families' vehicles for years to come We simply cant afford, nor can any business, to honor free coupons sold by another company, I hope you understand I have copied our service manager [redacted] on this email and if you come to our service department during business hours, he can get you a check for $for the inconvenience I hope after all this, we have earned the right to earn your business in the future through our honestly, integrity, and the great customer service we try our best to provide to all our customers Thank you

(check is lost in the mail!) The money was suppose to be sent back when the loan funded! Not almost months Later! The 9th was days ago and they expect people to believe they send checks for $in mail to get lost on a regular basisThe work eventually, tells the story! I do not want to hear another lie I want the certified check and tracking number or give me the check to bring to JSC! Anything else is just the same lie you have been saying for almost months! Let me first apologize for the inconvenience. This *** *** car care program has been a nightmare for us. We cancelled this service a time ago and they continued to sell them. Also, there are two other shops listed on there as approved repair centers,
they never honored these coupons. We at least took care of our customers for the last year out of good will. You can imagine how frustrating it is and how much money we lose when vehicles show up here all wanting free oil changes and services and they will not pay $for something their vehicle needs. It simply does not make sense when trying to run a business and we were taken advantage of. However, you are our customer and I want to take care of you. Let me know how you would like to receive the $150, even though we did not receive a single penny from the $you paid to them. I hope you otherwise would like to continue servicing your vehicle at our dealership. Thank you

The 9th was 15 days ago and they expect people to believe they send checks for $3128.00 in mail to get lost on a regular basis. The work eventually, tells the story! I do not want to hear another lie I want the certified check and tracking number or give me the check to bring to JSC! Anything else is just the same lie you have been saying for almost 2 months!

Let me first apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.  I checked with the accounting department and they sent the refund check on Feb 9th to JSC FCU.  Apparently one digit was left off the address.  They are waiting for them to receive it or for it to be...

returned.  Supposedly we are not able to stop payment the check because it was made payable to a bank.  I realize this cant drag on forever so we will ultimately have to issue another check to get this resolved.  We apologize for this delay.
As far as other complaints you have seen online, things like this happen and I'm sorry for that.  We have sold over 15,000 vehicles so the few complaints out there are inevitable and make up less that a tenth of one percent of our transactions .  We try our best to run a clean business in an otherwise dirty world.  I have copied Catherine P. and Rhonda W. on this email so they know a Revdex.com complaint has been filed.  I can assure you this will ultimately be resolved and again, sorry for the delay.  Thank you.
