Texas Battery

In regards to the customers complaint...I spoke with the customer on two occasions and tried to resolve the problem at hand but would not allow me to speak or explain myself...The Dodge Sprinter has a voltage drop in the charging system..This type of problem does not allow the alternator current to reach the battery at full potential therefore causing low volage at battery ..I asked the customer to leave the vehicle with me for further diagnosis and was told he will not allow me to work on his Dodge SprinterI also asked if we could take to local dealer for further diagnosis and was told QUOTE...{The local dealers are a joke ..A bunch of clowns } That being said I don't feel that I or anyone can satisfy the customer Thank You [redacted]
