We rented a camper for early May in Corpus We then quotupgradedquot to a nicer camper Before we got there they charged a deposit on a credit card I told them not to use and I ended up paying over limit fees We then arrived in Corpus and got into the camper It was not very clean Sand on floor dust in oven etc Then the hot water didnt work They came out and quotfixedquot it The fix didnt work the pilot kept being blown out and we never had hot water Then the generator went out and we had no power for the last night I emailed them after we got back and asked for a refund of some of the rental amount and also inquired about my deposit refund They have not responded to any of my emails they were very responsive when I was paying thembefore the trip If we had been truly on vacation this camper would have ruined our vacation but we were there volunteering for a non-profit and I paid for the camper out of my own money in order to attend and volunteer a

We rented the RV August The first problem was the RV we rented had a broken fridge and they brought us the sprinter rvWe were not made aware of this until after sprinter RV was deliveredThey made sure to deliver trailer while we were still commuting to Port AransasThere was no DVD player as described The ac never cooledIt stayed at degrees the whole timeThe temp never went down but went upWe called mike several times before he answered his phone for usIn that time we were looking around the trailer and noticed the floor was saturated in the bedroom with the queen bedHe came to look at it and said the people before us must have gotten the carpet wetAt pm Friday night I rented a room for two nights because the air wouldn't cool down and I was disgusted by the wet carpetWe did check on trailer daily and by Sunday morning the trailer smelled like mold

We agreed to rent a 36ft Keystone Sprinter (RV Camper) for seven nights in February for a price of $at Malaquite Beach When we arrived the unit was a older unit that was not a Keystone Sprinter It was very filthy with an Oklahoma plate that appeared and smelled to be fresh off of the oil fields after being used as a bunkhouse Unlike what we were told, this camper was well past "gently used, well maintained and suitable for a family stay *** had "upgraded" us to a bigger unit that was absolutely filthy and had a mattress so stained that we would not stay in the camper the first night of our reservation When we called, *** was amazed at our unwillingness to stay, however, they agreed to change the mattress They delivered a new mattress the second day and we cleaned the unit so that we could at least stay in the camper that was advertised as offering "full amenities to make our family comfortable for a wonderful stay" Many of the windows were e
