Purchase of a new ton upflow heat pump system in May/June Continues to loudly vibrateHas been repaired numerous times and still vibrates Purchased a Carrier ton upflow heat pump system from [redacted] Air Conditioning Inc in May/June On the day of the installation, the wrong heat pump was installed We were contacted by [redacted] about the error and the price was reduced since this was not the product that we originally orderedSince the installation we have contacted [redacted] about the same problem continuouslyThey send out a technician who allegedly repairs the problem, however soon after it still persists The heat pump vibrates so loudly that it vibrates our headboard in our bedroom My wife called and requested a refund and removal of the unit, unfortunately that resulted in an argument with the supervisor who got really belligerent after my wife requested a refund and removalWe have called about the noise at least times or more since the unit has be
Needed new system the team I dealt Thomas,Andrew and Chris were the best I have ever encountered I was given a time and that is exactly the time of arrival for the estimate and the installation All three of these men were very professional and knew their business Any questions were answered and everything was explained I will be using them from now on Thanks for a job well done
Great service, excellent work They installed our new AC / gas heater unit quicker than I thought possible, and were very careful in making sure all electrical and gas connections (inside and outside) were done appropriately We really appreciate the work they did
