Today was the second time I needed help in the last month for different houses. Their response was friendly, efficient and fast. I received a call, as requested, when the technician was in route (very timely especially since I told them it was not an emergency as it was for an unoccupied house). When [redacted] the technician arrived he was friendly and explained the charges at each juncture of the service call so that I would know the costs at each point and make a decision as to the repairs. The repair required several contorted visits into a very hot attic with extremely limited work space and access to the area needed. [redacted] was creative and persistent completing the repair quite efficiently for what he had to do. I am extremely happy with the outcome and will surely call upon them again in the future.
