Texas bone and Joint

I was assigned Texas bone and joint by my family doctor about 4 months ago. My appointment entailed, "I thought" to review my x-ray's/ MRI's with an Ortho doctor. Once there the DOCTOR for lack of a better word says the issue isn't with your wrists - it's your neck. Fine, radiology took x-rays of my neck also. All I see is his fat as walking away and I'm left there standing.
My next venture with Bone and joint was for Sciatica a couple of weeks ago. Well, I ended up with complications and in the hospital, they took more MRIs. I tried to communicate this to my new ortho, and his assistant tells me you were supposed to contact your coordinator about this. I who the hell is that. She got hostile with me stating I don't need to talk like that. I stated I'm not hostile, I'm trying to figure out who I'm supposed to talk as talking to you seems to be a waste of time. She put me on hold and that was the end of conversations With Bone and Joint.
The doctors and staff seem to have a big stick up their butts and think they can abuse the people that pay their bills. DON'T recommend these yahoos.
