So that the facts are understood, we respectfully present the following informationOur sales representative and our business owner interacted with Mr***Mr*** came into our office and requested our help with placing his money into the proper diversification for his portfolioUpon receipt of his product, Mr*** asked questions about his purchase and our sales representative was more than happy to answer it to his satisfactionWe have reached out to Mr*** and instructed him that we will liquidate his precious metals if he is now ready to do soWe simply ask that Mr*** work with us to resolve this matter rather than slander our company and our business practices

Hello,I will address the clients concerns in order of listing:As per the clients statement that we have called on multiple occasions, I've reviewed this customers account and have only found 2 calls to that number.  One was on March 24th 2016 at 11:36 am for 52 seconds and the other was on June...

10th 2016 at 12:05 pm for 1:14 min.  I'm including a screenshot of our call logs for your verification. Our company policies state that in order to be added to the DNC list, the client must confirm the contact information we have on record in order to be added to the list.  This is standard industry practice and is something we as a company take very seriously to prevent the wrong records from being added.  The great majority of our clients are interested in the products we have to offer them.I have been told by the representative who dialed this number on June 10th that the person who answered rudely told him that she wanted to be put on the DNC list and did not provide the verification information.   I have confirmed this by listening to both of the call recordings and have included them in this response for your confirmation.  In either of these conversations the contact who's name is on our records was never reached.  In fact we reached the same woman both times.  Never did we speak with any other member of her family and never did our representatives lie about what we do as a company.  We sell precious metals and this was clearly indicated by the representatives. In response to this complaint, I have personally put this number on our Do Not Call list.   After hearing the recording I will speak with the representative about how to handle discourteous clients in the future to ensure that thier needs are met in a professional and courteous manner.  Although the representative was not as professional as we would have liked the customer must realize that she did not provide information we require to be removed from our call list after being told of this policy by our representative.Thank you,[redacted]

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 10515751, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

Revdex.com:
Revdex.com:  I have read Tx.Buillion response & it sounds good as long as I get back my initial investment of $34453 less the check they issued me of $776.00.

1/11/16 As per phone conversation with Mr [redacted] Jr, he is willing to participate in Mediation for a possible resolution.

First of all, none of this complaint is based on facts. His account representative had visited with him multiple times and after the first meeting, the customer had expressed to us that he wanted our recommendation of numismatic coins and not bullion, due to the current decline in spot...

prices of gold, silver and platinum. After meeting with his rep in person, at every step of the way this customer was kept abreast of everything being done in regards to the precious metals portfolio we were building on his behalf. Also,  there was never any discussion about the 20% restocking fee, nor is there any bullion in this portfolio that could be used to determine against the spot price. Numismatic coins , by their very nature, carry a premium and a secondary value, which is completely indeterminate by the current spot price.

To Whom It May Concern,
I will address the concerns presented in order.  We went to great lengths to accommodate Mr. [redacted] after his last dispute and exchanged the numismatic coins he requested for bullion of equal value on 11/24/2015.  The difference of $776 was issued by check and Texas Bullion Exchange considered the issue resolved at that time.  According to our return policy the client has a 5 day inspection period from the time the items are received to request a return or exchange.  Since Mr. [redacted] came to our offices in Beaumont, TX on 11/24/2015 to exchange the items he no longer wanted the inspection period began on that date.  I have scoured our phone records and was unable to locate any record of Mr. [redacted] calling our company to request a refund or exchange between 11/24/2015 - 11/29/2015.
Our policies are put in place to protect Texas Bullion Exchange against market speculation.  I find it suspicious that after more than 3 months he is again filing a complaint against our company.  Our policies are clearly outlined at the bottom of the receipt he was given at the time of the transaction, and on our website at http://texasbullion.com/return-market-loss-policy.html.
Since the client did not meet our clearly outlined policies on refunds or exchanges we would like this matter to be resolved in our favor.  Texas Bullion Exchange greatly values the Revdex.com rating and strives for customer satisfaction and goes out of our way to ensure that every client is happy with the purchases made from our company.
Thank you,

I would like this complaint reopened because it has not been resolved.  I never heard back from the business on my response that had an exception in it.  It was the part about "as long as I get back my initial investment of $34,453 less the check issued to me of $776.  This would make the total $33,677 agreeable.  I was thinking maybe the business would give me a call to discuss this because they state, giving me full market value for this purchase, but what if the market is low right now?   If the business does not agree to refund $33,677, I am requesting Mediation.Sincerely,[redacted]

To Whom It May Concern,
I wanted to write this letter to address the complaint on record for Mr. [redacted] and his experience with our company. Mr. [redacted] began his business relationship with us on August 6, 2015. He spoke to our senior sales associate [redacted] A. [redacted], who has been in our...

industry for over 15 years.
Mr. [redacted] expressed the desire to purchase bullion from our company for approx. $25,000.00. After talking to Mr. [redacted], the decision was made to purchase numismatic and bullion coins for $35,000.00. In Mr. [redacted]’ complaint he states that he only wanted to spend the above mentioned $25,000.00. However the fact of the matter is that he returned to our company with a certified check for $35,000.00. This demonstrates that Mr. [redacted] was aware of the purchase that he was making.
After our sales transaction was completed, Mr. [redacted] called back and asked to speak to the business owner about his purchase. Once inside of my office, ([redacted], **. Office Manager), he expressed to me that he was not satisfied with his order and wanted to trade all of his coins for bullion. This conversation happened after he spoke to a friend of his that also did business with us during the same time period.
The business owner went outside of our normal business practices and allowed Mr. [redacted] to return all of his numismatic coins and trade them for bullion without any further cost to Mr. [redacted]. Mr. [redacted] expressed great pleasure with our service.
At this juncture, it has become very apparent that Mr. [redacted] is again holding us responsible for something that we have over extended ourselves to comply with and keep our business relationship intact. At this time we would like to ask Mr. [redacted] to return all of the bullion that he has purchased from us and give him full market value for his purchase. Once this is completed, we respectfully ask that Mr. [redacted] allow someone else to service him for his future purchases.

We have placed this customer on the do not call list. Also, we record every call that we make as a company.
He has also been called only a small number of times, including the call to verify that he received his shipment of coins that he ordered from us.
This is the first time we have a record of...

him asking to be placed on the DNC list, which we have no problem doing since we have no interest in contacting anyone that does not wish to hear from us.
Please advise us on the best course of action, and we will of course take it.
Thank you.

I am rejecting this response because:they arn`t offering to do anything to resolve the complaint. I went in to buy bullion for spot plus 6% and trusted them with $140,000.00 and got saddled with coins that was marked up about 25%. I was also told that coins was a much better investment. I was told they increased an average of 20% per year and found out they decreased 50% in last 5 years. there was no real disclosure, only misleading sales talk. I would for #1 a full refund #2 trade my coins for gold bullion, $147,546 - 6% com.
Sincerely,
[redacted]
