Hello,I will address the clients concerns in order of listing:As per the clients statement that we have called on multiple occasions, I've reviewed this customers account and have only found calls to that number One was on March 24th at 11:am for seconds and the other was on June 10th at 12:pm for 1:min I'm including a screenshot of our call logs for your verification. Our company policies state that in order to be added to the DNC list, the client must confirm the contact information we have on record in order to be added to the list This is standard industry practice and is something we as a company take very seriously to prevent the wrong records from being added The great majority of our clients are interested in the products we have to offer them.I have been told by the representative who dialed this number on June 10th that the person who answered rudely told him that she wanted to be put on the DNC list and did not provide the verification information I have confirmed this by listening to both of the call recordings and have included them in this response for your confirmation In either of these conversations the contact who's name is on our records was never reached In fact we reached the same woman both times Never did we speak with any other member of her family and never did our representatives lie about what we do as a company We sell precious metals and this was clearly indicated by the representatives. In response to this complaint, I have personally put this number on our Do Not Call list After hearing the recording I will speak with the representative about how to handle discourteous clients in the future to ensure that thier needs are met in a professional and courteous manner Although the representative was not as professional as we would have liked the customer must realize that she did not provide information we require to be removed from our call list after being told of this policy by our representative.Thank you, [redacted] ***

First of all, none of this complaint is based on factsHis account representative had visited with him multiple times and after the first meeting, the customer had expressed to us that he wanted our recommendation of numismatic coins and not bullion, due to the current decline in spot prices of gold, silver and platinumAfter meeting with his rep in person, at every step of the way this customer was kept abreast of everything being done in regards to the precious metals portfolio we were building on his behalfAlso, there was never any discussion about the 20% restocking fee, nor is there any bullion in this portfolio that could be used to determine against the spot priceNumismatic coins , by their very nature, carry a premium and a secondary value, which is completely indeterminate by the current spot price

We have placed this customer on the do not call listAlso, we record every call that we make as a company He has also been called only a small number of times, including the call to verify that he received his shipment of coins that he ordered from us This is the first time we have a record of him asking to be placed on the DNC list, which we have no problem doing since we have no interest in contacting anyone that does not wish to hear from us Please advise us on the best course of action, and we will of course take it Thank you

Revdex.com: Revdex.com: I have read Tx.Buillion response & it sounds good as long as I get back my initial investment of $less the check they issued me of $ Sincerely, [redacted] ***

I would like this complaint reopened because it has not been resolved I never heard back from the business on my response that had an exception in it It was the part about "as long as I get back my initial investment of $34,less the check issued to me of $ This would make the total $33,agreeable I was thinking maybe the business would give me a call to discuss this because they state, giving me full market value for this purchase, but what if the market is low right now? If the business does not agree to refund $33,677, I am requesting Mediation.Sincerely, [redacted] ***

To Whom It May Concern, I wanted to write this letter to address the complaint on record for Mr [redacted] and his experience with our companyMr [redacted] began his business relationship with us on August 6, He spoke to our senior sales associate [redacted] A [redacted] , who has been in our industry for over years Mr [redacted] expressed the desire to purchase bullion from our company for approx$25,After talking to Mr [redacted] , the decision was made to purchase numismatic and bullion coins for $35,In Mr***’ complaint he states that he only wanted to spend the above mentioned $25,However the fact of the matter is that he returned to our company with a certified check for $35,This demonstrates that Mr [redacted] was aware of the purchase that he was making After our sales transaction was completed, Mr [redacted] called back and asked to speak to the business owner about his purchaseOnce inside of my office, ( [redacted] , **Office Manager), he expressed to me that he was not satisfied with his order and wanted to trade all of his coins for bullionThis conversation happened after he spoke to a friend of his that also did business with us during the same time period The business owner went outside of our business practices and allowed Mr [redacted] to return all of his numismatic coins and trade them for bullion without any further cost to Mr***Mr [redacted] expressed great pleasure with our service At this juncture, it has become very apparent that Mr [redacted] is again holding us responsible for something that we have over extended ourselves to comply with and keep our business relationship intactAt this time we would like to ask Mr [redacted] to return all of the bullion that he has purchased from us and give him full market value for his purchaseOnce this is completed, we respectfully ask that Mr [redacted] allow someone else to service him for his future purchases
