My family had Open Estate Sales sell the contents of our homeTom, the owner, presented himself as knowledgeable, with empathy for the family and the events surrounding the saleAfter all was done, the experience left us with an extremely negative experienceLack of monitoring itemsPoor pricing policyItemized list of merchandise sold over $missing itemsSales tactics utilized which were not disclosed prior to sale - contract language is too vague, request specific strategies that may be usedWhile the offer to move left over merchandise to Council for the Blink is very helpful, better options would yield more moneyMuch, much more.....but the bottom line is to avoid this company that has been in business for "over years."

How time changes minds and heartsI have been coming to Open House Estate Sales for years Getting to know the owner,staff and management and I have nothing but praise for all of them This is the most organized ,professional ,courteous and caring company in the business today Shirley ,John and the rest of the staff are always positive,friendly and very helpful They have been in business for over years and it is easy to see why !
