I am rejecting this response because:  Please see attached document for the release of earnest money which shows signature of Seller but there aren't any signatures by buyers(me and my sister).  He never contacted us by phone as he claims he told us verbally or USPS mail.  Only time, I spoke to him when I called him demanding my money.  We need $500.00 refunded back to us as it was our money.  We were told that seller has an interest within this company and title company gave our money to seller without getting any signature on release of earnest money.  Please provide me an email address if you are unable to open the attached file.
