I never requested or demanded anything promptlyI have been patient thorough in keeping all accounts of this process due to the simple fact that Texas Certified Motors Finance has been less than professional in handling my caseUnfortunately, I am now forced to file another complaint to Revdex.com related to EFG practices in changing, falsifying and withholding information from me as of this date 8/21/at approx6:44pmI spoke to [redacted] a customer representative and requested once dates and refund amounts given to Texas Certified Motors regarding my policy and he stated that he could not speak to me any longer and I would have to call Texas Certified Motors with any issues regarding my policyMy only request was that he review my account and explain once more dates and refund amounts"I can not help you with that, you will have to call Texas Certified Motors" I then told him that the call was being recorded and that I needed to speak to his supervisorAfter minutes on hold her returned and stated he could not find a managerHe further stated, " The only information I can give you is that your policy was refunded 8/6/and it takes 6-weeks so call Texas Certified MotorsIt is quite a coincidence that that is the exact date Texas Certified Motors gave in their response but I have documentation proving otherwise! Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: Most of what Texas certified motors response is correctOne fact left out was there was no negotiation of price on this vehicleI was shown the car, then contracts landed in front of meI am a first time car buyer and felt pressuredI was told the bank includes a fee into the price of my vehicle that I was buyingThe ad for said car was priced at $When I recieved contract the price was 15,with no paper trail of where this price came from, why it was there, or what it wasI did not like the deal after speaking to some more experienced car buyers and wanted to back outBut, when I asked questions I wasn't getting direct answers or I was getting attitude from the person I was speaking withI feel I was being taken advantage of and it is not right Regards, [redacted] ***

Complaint:
I am rejecting because the problems mentioned on paper where not fixed as promised . I do have it on paper where Texas Certified Motors was going to fix exhaust problems and they didn't . As well as hail damage Texas Certified Motors said it was 2 of 3 dents not over 75 dents which I figured it out after taking it to a professional . I also replaced a bad compressor which Texas Certified Motors knows about at time of test drive but they want to sell you and expensive warranty so you could fix the vehicle. You also where suppose to ALIGN the truck  after installing power steering and rack and pinion , which you say you did but the steering wheel is completely crooked , I took it the shop and it was not ALIGNED . So that's just one of all the lies Texas Certified Motors does for keeping the customers happy and taken care off ...

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: PLEASE REVIEW ALL ATTACHED DOCUMENTS.Please not the date of Settlement letter mailed to me by EFG Companies on 7/7/15. The date of loss was 4/27/2015. My insurance promptly paid out $10,316.02 to Chase Auto Finance for determined value of the vehicle. The letter also states that the total refund amount owed to me to cover the remainder of loan with Chase was in the amount of $1900.34. Also as noted on the attached letter EFG informed me that no Gap Claim would be processed and the prorated amount for the policy would be refunded. Please also note the fax cover sheet that was sent on 06/11/2015 at 1412pm Titled EFG GAP Claims. I was told this was the form required to cancel the claim. On 7/10/2015 I spoke to Rod and customer representative from EFG and he explained that the GAP policy and Warranty policy had been processed on 6/8/2015 and all monies refunded back to Texas Certified Motors as of 6/30/2015. He gave me a claim number for the above referenced amounts. Claim# 9472559. He explained the Texas Motors Finance had received $1900.14 for the warranty and $444.94 for Gap refund policy. If you total both amounts then Chase is due to receive a total of $2345.08. EFG explained standard time frame for such refunds is in fact 4-8 weeks from date of cancellation. He further stated, "They have your money ma'am.""We have determined that EFG canceled the GAP policy the first week of August, at her son's request (by phone)". I spoke to [redacted] a customer representative  and requested once dates and refund amounts given to Texas Certified Motors regarding my policy and he stated that he could not speak to me any longer and I would have to call Texas Certified Motors with any issues regarding my policy. My only request was that he review my account and explain once more dates and refund amounts. "I can not help you with that, you will have to call Texas Certified Motors" I then told him that the call was being recorded and that I needed to speak to his supervisor. After 10 minutes on hold her returned and stated he could not find a manager. He further stated, " The only information I can give you is that your policy was refunded 8/6/2015 and it takes 6-8 weeks so call Texas Certified Motors. To the Revdex.com:Mr.[redacted] purchased a 2009 [redacted] with 113,00 miles from us on January 23, 2015. With the purchase of his van he also purchased an extended service agreement. Prior to the purchase of the vehicle our service department had inspected the van and found it to be...

mechanically sound, needing only two maintenance items, a fan belt and a new oil pan gasket.  These items were ordered and installed on Mr. [redacted]'s van after he purchased the vehicle. These items where the only repairs Texas Certified Motors promised to repair when making the deal with Mr. [redacted].On the week of June 1, 2015 Mr. [redacted] visited the service department of Texas Certified Motors with an electrical issue on his van. In order to know what the exact problem is a mechanic must diagnose the vehicle. There is a one hour labor charge for this of $90.00. The customer is liable for this charge if the issue is not covered by the warranty, otherwise the warranty pays for the entire less the deductible stated on the extended service agreement. This process was explained to Mr. [redacted], at that time he chose not to have his vehicle repaired.Mr. [redacted] has an appointment with us to have his vehicle looked at on June, 16 2015, with the understanding of the payment process. We look forward to helping himso he can enjoy his vehicle.Thank you [redacted]
