The customer talked to our company on 10/24/about meat that he purchased and was not happy withThere is a day buyer's right to cancel which is on the customer receiptSince the customer did not call within the days, there is no refund opportunity which was clearly explained to this
customerWe offered to switch out this customer's meat for whatever he wantedHe was only interested in the refund and did not want to exchangeThere was also discussion with this customer on how he was cooking the meat and it was stated (by our company) that flash frozen meats are best cooked from frozen, not thawedTo our knowledge, he was going to try the advised cooking method which should have solved the problem.Also, this customer never mentioned that his meat was freezer burnedThe solution that the meat is packed with was also read to him, as it states exactly what is in it on the box it came in.We also do not understand the cell phone blockageOur customer service manager, *** ***, took care of this customer every time he called the corporate office in FtWorth, TX and to our knowledge, the dispute was closed

individual meat fillets - [redacted]) and all that was required of the customer was a call to the appropriate office (listed on the receipt) or the corporate office (listed online). We would have been happy to refund any or all of the purchase amount within 3 days of the purchase.  After that, as is stated in every transaction and stated on every receipt, we are happy to exchange the product with whatever the customer decides they would rather have. I have no record of this person on a customer service form or log. This person can still call and exchange their unwanted product with something else. Thank youTexas Choice Meat Company
