Now I know why this company had all positive customer reviews past years....I had a option to possibly reroute the electricity wire through our attic spaceAfter check online Revdex.com customer reviews, I called JDL Electrical & Generator Services, LLC [redacted] is the owner of the company and we talked a few times to describe/understand the issue and the possible solutionsHe sent two technicians coming for free estimateAnd both of them are super skilled and very professionalAt the end, because of the coverage from the house insurance, we have to give up this wonderful optionI feel sorry that we are unable to use their serviceBut I have observed the way they take care the business They are the best one in the area! I was told by a friend that TCP was having trouble getting people to sign up, so they were selling titles to bring in business I figured I'd start there and see how my daughter felt about a crown and sash and have her work for the other pageants if entered I paid $and chose the title I bought dresses, shoes, and other items to get my daughter involved in the pageant world That was months ago We still have NOT received the crown, or sash I have been told to resend our address, I was told there was a problem with the sashes so TCP claimed to be waiting on that, and they offered free entry into another pageant I have been told to resend our address and I did promptly When I have asked about stuff, the owner has told me she wrote and I never responded When I emailed a screen shot of my prompt reply, there was no apology Then she said she would send the crown and sash on Thursday, Oct6th It's now Friday, October 14th and we still haven't gotten it I've asked multiple times for the tracking number which she never gives I live in Jarrell, and the mail is supposed to be coming from San Antonio There's no reason for it to take over a week I've even asked for a full refund and that hasn't happened either!
JDL Electrical has performed numerous tasks for the sub-association in which I reside They have been prompt, courteous and timely in their work More importantly, there have never been any surprises in their billing for the job I would definitely recommend JDL for others in the need for an electrical contractor
