Base on the work order Revdex.com provided 25762 we found our contact and responsible for the service was Ms. [redacted]. We never contact or have any conversation to do business with [redacted].We received a call from Ms. [redacted] requests for tow her vehicle to our repair shop...
with reason was the vehicle not start and it is parking at the gas station. She also stated that it needs to pick up and check to find out the problem and give her the estimate before the performing of any work. We told her at up front the tow charge will be $110.00 and 1 hour for technician to diagnosis to find the problem and she agreed. After diagnosis the engine our mechanic technician found no compression, no oil. The engine was lockup. Our service advisor [redacted] provided Ms. [redacted] the estimate for replace the engine and other work related (please see the estimate & final bill attaching).Ms.. [redacted] wants to tow out the vehicle and agreed to pay for the fee of checkup and tow charge.We are unable to refund $70.00 because our technician deserved to earn his commission labor to service on Ms. [redacted]'s vehicle.
