Complaint ID: [redacted] Texas Comfort Mattress & Furniture feels that this is a case of buyer's remorse, We express to all of our customers to try out each mattress before making any purchase decision. We have floor models for the mattresses we sell so that our customers have the opportunity to do just that, This customer came In and decided on a mattress that we had on display. She ordered the sa e mattress In a queen and a king size, The customer informed staff that it had been so long sinc she had replaced her mattress sets. The customer was advised at that the that it would be [redacted]ly recommended to replace the box springs as well so the Integrity of the mattresses would not be affected. The customer voiced that she was purchasing the mattresses only, An Invoice was written and given to the customer with total purchase price, On the Invoice It states that all sales are final and warranty concerns go through the manufacturer of the product. She agreed and proceeded to write a check for the total cost of her purchase. We did not have the mattresses in stock so we ordered them. A few days later the mattresses she chose were shipped to our store and we called the customer and arranged for the mattresses to be delivered to her home. I can't recall how many days or weeks later, the customer claimed that both the brand new mattresses we delivered to her were defected. The defects she stated that the mattresses had were not created by Texas Comfort but by placing the mattresses on worn box springs or by t e manufacturer. We tried resolving this matter with the customer and Informed her that we would give her a discounted price on another mattress. The customer expressed that she wanted a refund for the merchandise or new mattresses at no expense. We reminded her that all sales are final an that the defects were not caused by Texas Comfort, We have not heard from this customer since. Thank yo Texas Comfort Mattress & Furnitu
