Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:They did not do what they were supposed to do, and what the charged me for is not working Regards, [redacted]

We have made all reasonable efforts to accommodate Mr [redacted] His truck was brought in on a tow truck and left in a running and driving condition despite his budget to not allow us to further repair his vehicle, which included discounts well over several hundred dollarsWe were not given a budget, every repair that was made was approved by Mr [redacted] , and we do have phone recordings to verify thisThese repairs were made well over months ago as well, which came with warning that his fuel was contaminated in the other tank that we did not get a chance to clean due to his "budget"All in all, we have expressed as much patience as we can with Mr [redacted] , and we have gone further than beyond for his concerns, but we will not make any more attempts or efforts to accommodate his attitude

Mr*** has had plenty of opportunities to come in and have this issue evaluatedSince it has been over months of his truck being here, and no warranty being available due to the declined repairs affecting his truck, we will not be offering a refund and any work from this point on will be of charge
