To whom this may concern,The gas prices are listed outside, both cash and credit. When a customer walks in and asks for the gas price, the price can be any grade. If you don't specify which grade, then you receive the incorrect prices. Mr. [redacted] walked in and asked for the gas price, and... our employee gave him what he asked for. If he would've been more specific he would have received the correct price. When the manager came In she did address the problem being that something came up she wasn't able to get back with you first thing that morning. You called around noon not even giving us enough time to get with the employee or owner and respond back to you. When working for an corporation you know It's more than one that has to done. I am rejecting this response because: his comments are not trueI asked specifically about octane and what the cost would be using my shell rewards cardThe clerk and his manager on site said it was with a cent discount making the cost The pump did not display prices using a reward card which is why I HAD to come inside to swipe it and request the costThe fact remains whether or not they post their price, $per gallon is still more than cents higher than the fair market and in most states woild be considered price gougingAs a side note, the manager assured me that they would contact me by 9am the following dayNot hearing from her, I did call at noonAnd further more, the bathrooms were flooded and reeked of amonia om the day I was thereThe station staff was incompetent and chaotic as during my dispute another customer was screaming about his $being put on the wrong pump and someone else used it then drove offThey wouldn't accept that mistake eitherI am a respectable busoness person and serve on the Revdex.com Executive Board in Southeast LouisianaThis complaint isn't aboit the $he gougedIt's the principle and I want others to note this is not a business that practices the ethics worthy of a positive rating with the Revdex.comCheck their accreditationThey are not members.
