We called [redacted] and was assured we would get the rosters so she could issue cards. We never, to this day have received rosters. That is the reason she has not been issued cards. She has since moved on to another Training Center. We follow all American Hear Association Training Center guidelines. The guideline is that we receive rosters and are accountable for cards being issued. [redacted] is no longer affiliated with this organization since November of 2013.
