Texas Credit Acceptance

Since purchasing his Dodge Ram on March 2014, [redacted] made a total $in payments to Texas Credit Acceptance on his truck loan [redacted] voluntarily gave his truck back to Texas Credit on May 7, and was refunded the total of $in payments that he made to Texas Credit

Texas Credit Acceptance refunded 100% of the payments made by Mr***. There is nothing more Texas Credit can possibly do. Any issues Mr*** has with a different company should be addressed to that company directly, not towards Texas Credit

Since purchasing his 2003 Dodge Ram on March 26 2014, [redacted] made a total $400 in payments to Texas Credit Acceptance on his truck loan.  [redacted] voluntarily gave his truck back to Texas Credit on May 7, 2014 and was refunded the total of $400 in payments that he made to Texas Credit.

I am rejecting this response because:
Only received the 400 in my first payment on the 2003 dodge have not received the rest of my full refund. I contacted bravo truck in San Antonio told me to call finance companyTexas credit acceptance which I spoke to a randy who said it was my gamble in buying this used truck and I would have to take it a lost. Found him and his response unprofessional. Would like this to be resolved with the rest of my well earned money of 1500.
