Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below.I think the $for not being painted is 100% clear as Texas Custom Fence has stated they did not paint the fence in their responseThe fence stood for almost three months not painted, in that time it could have been painted... As for the rest of his provide information I think had Texas Custom Fence used a DC welder, orr used a second ground or wrapped the ground around pipe being welded. Had Texxas Custom Fence done any one of the methods his welds would have held. I'm asking for the $3,back because his welds did not hold when a car hit the fence. Yes car hitting the fence cause some minor damage, but with poor welding all the pipes just fall off. As for my Property Manager, she is good at what she does (she is my eyes and ears, NOT my mouth) The repair of the fence was was made and paid for my me and Texas Custom Fence Texas Custom Fence never finished their job ($for painting) and every one of their welds failed (that's the $3,000.00)... I paid for a fence that would stay together, not to fall apart in pieces. As for toxic welding I have no knowledge of the dangers of welding. I'm not a welder and I have never welded......As for other damages yes the fence had been hit before and repaired many times, one fact and the reason for this Revdex.com Claim is all the welds done by previous welders held, This is the first time that the welds just popped and broke free. Many times pipe got bent, tore, smashed, even ripped out of the ground, but a good well done weld holds together better than the steel used to the making of the pipe...... Texas Custom fence did not do good welds.....Texas Custom Fence and I talked before, during, and after the fence was repaired. I was always told by Texas Custom Fence they would stay behind their workmanship, with the job never finished (the Painting of fence) I asked about the workmanship I got called every name in the book, I received text messages with the "*" word used. I paid before the job was done in good faith. Now I'm asking for return of $3,(reasons list above.)The fence would have held up if the welds had been done right........ Texas Custom Fence came across nice and professional till their workmanship was questioned, that's when the true nature came out. Odds are Texas Custom Fence will never stay behind their work and if you (like Me) you pay in advance they might never finish their job

Revdex.com,.   This is my response to [redacted] complaint.  His fence was not painted because it was hit by another car and he wanted estimates to fix the whole fence with new pipe etc.  Basically a fence is not going to stop a car going over 30mph without receiving damage.  -All...

of the work was discussed with the person managing his property.  He is in Hawaii and has never been here for any of the work.  The repair was done properly, we did use an AC welder and a second ground earth ground as well as wrapping the ground cable around the magnetized pipe.  I told him that the magnetized pipe is very difficult as well as toxic to me and my guys to weld.  You can talk with his person that manages his property and she will side with me.  Her name is [redacted].  [redacted] is trying to make money off of the insurance companies and by not fixing the fence properly.  He has since had the pipe hauled away and isn't even putting a fence back up.  He is using large boulders instead hoping they will stop a car from running into his house.  He also doesn't consider the countless times going out to give new estimates, meeting insurance people etc.  The job was completed for what he paid for.  We are not responsible for the fence being hit by another car.  There have been multiple claims to replace the fence due to the busy street and on a curve.   I hope you will consider this claim bogus and follow up with Leeann Hair.
