Hello,this person is trying to play on words to justify the bait & switch approach to advertising they useI finished the course and paid on timeI did forward all appropriate documents to the court of osceola countyI had the permission by di-facto to take the course or they would not have accepted my course when it was done and the certificate was sentIn addition, I have taken a course only once in my whole life and in florida you can take it up to times in your life time so YES I did have the authorization to take a courseThis business is playing on words but please see the attached response of the county court of osceolaIt stated that they feel that their tactics is predatory and recommend me to file a complaint with the DHSMV which I will do if this business does not own up to their doings and refund me up to $for this ticket as they claim on their website because I took their course instead of cheaper ones because they claimed something that is not true as expressed very clearly by the court of osceolaI would also like to see them take down that claim from their website so others like me are not swindled like I wasAs you can see the officer of the court of osceola looked at their claim on their website and calls it "deceiving" and will check with her manager if they can do anything about itI am asking for them to do what they print on their website and if they don't it proves my point that they never intended to honor that claim and I would like to see that claim removed because if I go through the trouble of writing you all of this there's probably or people who fell for it but don't bother doing anything about itI only ask the business to do the right thing here
