I have an entire series of emails in which a Delta Mechanical sales representative agreed to honor their original quote and actually scheduled service in my area for *** before we encountered a scheduling conflict There was never any mention
in the email that the agreement was contingent upon a signed sales agreement or a down payment The series of emails demonstrates a very loose process whereby the installer(s) shows up and either the contract is signed then and payment made or
it is done later Their sales rep emails do not represent any such formal process as indicated by the businesses response to this complaint Email agreements have been upheld in Texas courts as binding contracts

I have received this and I am contacting the home office is ***. We no longer have an office in TEXAS. Texas DMI is not operational. Our head office will address the situation. They said the contract was never signed and no down payment
was ever made. So, consequently, there is no contract. They will respond to you If we had done the job and there was a problem we would make sure the problem was resolved by our *** head office

His house is very similar in size and complexity to mine. He indicated that his job should have been
a two-man job and that [redacted] agreed with him. In light of this, I'm wondering why only
[redacted] is scheduled for my house? When I first inquired on who would do it back in [redacted] you gave me
the names of two individuals. Can we reschedule when someone is available to assist [redacted]

The warranty if FULLY transferable only within the first 12 months, after that it’s the 25 years.
