The total payment of $is being refunded to this customer. The first check of $is going out today (May 10th, 2016). It is being sent directly from our bank as a refund payment. The second payment of $is being refunded to this customer by the end of this month
which was the original investment. This is a great customer and we are resolving this issue in the correct manner. We want this customer to be completely satisfied and also gave him a free video for his business which is valued at $500.00. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused

Revdex.com:The owner of Top Gun , *** ***, twice has verbally promised to send repayment of funds taken from my account and I have not seen any payment yetThe first time it was to be repaid was back in April, the second was by the end of last week, and he has not done eitherI am very skeptical that there is any intention of repayment, of the funds taken or the original amount paid for services rendered that did not meet his promises. Hopefully with the Revdex.com involved something will happen this time
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11421967, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
