Dear Mrand Mrs***,As you should be aware from your discussions this past week with Chad [redacted] of MHI, the construction of the home is moving forward and it should be moving to stage this week MHI cannot for several reasons guaranty a date certain by which your home will be completed and ready to close However, generally speaking, once a home's construction moves to stage in the construction process it is anticipated that a home will be completed and ready for closing six weeks later MHI is pushing to complete this home in a timely manner and to the standards required; to that end MHI will have an additional construction manager present in the community to assist with the completion of this home and others for the remainder of the month As construction nears completion MHI will provide you with a more certain timeline for completion and closing Please continue to communicate with your construction manager in this regardThank you.William [redacted] General Counsel
