Service Department Charged Me for Truck A/C issue twice, but never fixed
In the fal, of 2015, I brought my Dodge RAM into Texas Dodge for A/C was not blowing cold airService Manager "Clint" charged me over $200.oo to re-energize the a/c and told me the issue was fixeddays later my A/C stopped blowing cold air againI brought my truck back in for service and "Clint" told me I needed a "hose" replacedHe did not have the hose in stock, so I picked up my truck and asked him to call me when the hose arrived
After not hearing back from "Clint" after a week, I called and Clint told me he doesn't know what happened to the hose being orderedSaid he would call me when it arrivedI never heard from him again

Went in to test drive vehicles, salesman sat me down and told me if they can make it happen and they got permission from the finance managers that day would I sign and I agreed, I filled out paperwork and signed and drove the car home, later that night I realized that I can't afford it, but they were closed the next day, I called them Monday morning and told them I wanted to bring the car back and get my truck, and they told me no, so I asked them to review my credit application with me and on the credit application it says that I bring home $a month and I told them that wasn't true and they claim that that was what I told them I made but they never asked for proof a income(pay stub), and I told them that I bring home $25,a year, I continued to call and talk with them on the matter, I even called Chrysler capital the finance compan

Terrible customer service and sales practices when buying a new vehicle

Horrible customer service, negligent maintenance. Don't stand behind their work or their word. Be careful before you think about doing buisness with this company!!!!
