Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response belowI most certainly did call their office two timesOnce the last week of December to ask if they accepted Humana Regional PPO because at that time I was looking at supplemental insurance to cover office visits and prescriptions and had cancelled my work insurance, another Humana HMO Plan and I was told by office staff member that yes they accepted all Humana I was having follow up every two or three weeks after 1/1/and was paying my $copay each visit and no one told me they no longer accept my insurance The other was in April when I received a bill and I told them they need to resubmit to Humana, as I had already paid my specialist copay I received a note from Humana that the bill was not paid because of a coding error I have been receiving notices from a company that identified themselves as a collection agency which included the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act The name is [redacted] However, this all is a moot point, because I paid them on line on their website on 5/31/16, $and paid the balance in full, $on 6/7/ Regards, [redacted] ***

Once the last week of December 2015 to ask if they accepted Humana Regional PPO because at that time I was looking at supplemental insurance to cover office visits and prescriptions and had cancelled my work insurance, another Humana HMO Plan and I was told by office staff member that yes they accepted all Humana.  I was having follow up every two or three weeks after 1/1/16 and was paying my $45.00 copay each visit and no one told me they no longer accept my insurance.  The other was in April 2016 when I received a bill and I told them they need to resubmit to Humana, as I had already paid my specialist copay.  I received a note from Humana that the bill was not paid because of a coding error.   I have been receiving notices from a company that identified themselves as a collection agency which included the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.  The name is [redacted] However, this all is a moot point, because I paid them on line on their website on 5/31/16, $50.00 and paid the balance in full, $90.77 on 6/7/16.
