[redacted] Dear Ms [redacted]: In response to the above mentioned complaint we offer the following facts: 1.     Copy of contract signed on 9/29/16 between [redacted], and Texas Elite Public Adjusters, LLC, Note on page 2 paragraph 5 "The insured hereby agrees to pay to TEPA the sum of ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the insurance settlement". 2.     Estimate prepared for Insured by [redacted] dated 10/19/16. Note estimate amount is $14,899.61. 3.     Copy of the Re-Inspection Report 4.     Copy of insurance settlement. Note the amount of the RCV which is $11,529.08, and is the total amount of the settlement, and as per our contract we are owed 10% of the total amount of the insurance claim settlement. 5.     9 pages of text dialogue between Insured, and myself [redacted]. Our bookkeeper did make an error while paying Ms. [redacted] which has been rectified. We sent her a check for our portion versus sending her a check for her portion. It was an honest error. As you can see from the text dialogue Ms. [redacted] Is incorrect. I did apologize. I was not rude nor did I yell as she indicated. She did hang up on me because she was very upset that I told her that she had a signed contract with us for 10%. There Is cost associated In our business, and we are not In a position to work for free. We have not done as she Indicated "Since they Inevitably were stilling my money". We stole nothing from her, but rather she was enriched by our                              services. She has a deductible of $1,980.00 which she chose when she bought her policy, and the $2,444.03 depreciation will be paid by the carrier once the work Is complete. I can be reached at [redacted]-826-1185 should you have any questions or concerns. Sincerely,   [redacted] President
