I got my po resurfaced and was supposed to be gel coat which is durableDays after he resurfaced the pool it started peeling and bubbling which he used a different product which I paid forHe used a cheap pool paint that has created more of a problemI called him he's ignoring my calls and when I looked up an address it comes up at a mail center PO BOXI've be scammed and deceived and no with a bigger problemI paid 1,for my resurface that was not done

WE HAVE HAD THE SWIMMING POOL RESURFACED WITH A YEAR WARRANTY ON THE RESURFACINGWE HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET A HOLD OF THE OWNER ABOUT A PROBLEM WITH SURFACE HE INSTALLED FOR ALMOST A YEAR AND HAVE BEEN IGNORED HE HAS NOT BOTHERED TO RESPOND TO THE PHONE CALLS OR COME BYWE HAVE PICTURES AND TEXT MESSAGES SENT TO HIMHE DID ANSWER ONE TIME: MY SON CALLED HIM TO GET A ESTIMATE FOR HIS POOL, HE CALLED BACK AND WHEN OUR SON SAID HE WAS INQUIRING ABOUT OUR POOL HE HUNG UP WE HAVE LEFT MESSAGES WITH HIS ANSWERING SERVICE AND HE HAS YET TO RESPOND WE ALSO FOUND OUT THAT HE HAD DONE THEIR POOLTHEY TALKED TO HIM WHEN HE WAS WORKING ON OUR POOLHE CAME BACK TO REPAIR THE PROBLEMS, NOW THEY NEED TO HAVE HIM TO COME BACK AGAIN TO REPAIR THE REPAIR

*** came out and gave me a quote to repair a crack in our pool along with re-coating the whole pool I wrote my check on 1/31/and it was cashed on 2/1/At first everything was going ok, then he ghosted meI got a text on 2/saying it started raining and he'll try again on MondayNext text was 2/apologizing for the rain delay and he was on his way; he never showed up or bothered to call/textI called saying I would be talking to my lawyer and he texts me saying his brother had a heart attack and he was in Oklahoma(That was on 2/12/18.) It is now 3/7/and still haven't gotten any texts, phone callsI have sent emails and left messages with his answering service and still no response backI also found out he blocked my husband's and my phone number on 2/12/(iMessage isn't going through only getting delivered through text and any time we called it went straight to voicemailBut if I used a friend's phone the call would ring)

In May of 2018, we noticed a crack on the pool step requiring a repaire attempted to contact Texas Fiberglass Pool Renovation no less than times via phone calls and text message for resolution to no avail
The phone answering service stated that Texas Fiberglass Pool Renovation is still is businessWe just can not get them to respond

The contractor/employee for Texas Fiberglass, ***, resurfaced our pool with fiberglass from July 30-AugWe paid him $up front and $after completionObviously we had to wait to fill the pool with water while everything driedBefore we could fill it, we had rain, and after the rain we noticed numerous small holes where water came in from behind the poolThese small holes (at least 150) were obvious because they caused red dirt stainsI first contacted *** the following Monday, August 6, with pictures and told him about the problemHe responded that he would be there the next dayAfter waiting almost all day on Tuesday, Aug 7, I finally texted him at 4:asking for his ETA with no replyI tried several more texts, five in all that day, and still no replyI tried again at 8:am on WedAugand still received no replyI then called several times and it went straight to voicemail so I left a message at 11:am and still received no replyI finally called the

My pool was resurfaced on March 8, On March 19, I observed the resurfacing material flaking off the bottom of the pool I called the owner, *** ***, leaving a message on his cell phone Mr*** texted me confirming he had received my message but, he was in Corpus Christi, TX and would get with me the next week
Since that contact I have called the business phone, Mr, *** cell phone, texted him at least once a week and have received no reply whatsoever
The contracted specified a ten year warranty on pool resurfacing
